Anodizing & powder coating
Anodizing and powder coating on lines inside the plant, sequenced around machining so the finish and the features never fight each other.
When finishing lives in another company, machined parts travel, wait and get handled twice. Here the coating lines sit beside the machine shop, so the router decides whether a part is anodized before or after machining — whichever protects the critical faces. We treat profiles we extrude, and coat customer material as a service.

Clear and coloured anodic films, decorative and protective, at 8–30 µm film thickness.
Powder coating
Colour matched to RAL references or your physical sample, at 60–120 µm film thickness.
Architectural vs industrial
Exterior-exposure architectural finishes, or functional industrial specs — stated per order.
Quality checks
Film-thickness measurement and salt-spray testing, with reports issued on request.

03Frequently asked questions
Anodize or powder coat — how do we choose?
Anodizing grows a hard oxide film out of the metal itself and keeps a metallic look; powder adds a paint film with a far wider colour range. Exposure, appearance and spec decide it — describe the application and we recommend one, with the class to call out.
Can you hit a specific RAL colour?
Powder coating is matched to a RAL reference or to a sample you send, and we confirm the match with you before the batch runs.
Machining and coating — which happens first?
It depends on the part: sometimes the finish must survive machining, sometimes the machined face must stay bare. Because both steps are in this plant, we sequence them per drawing instead of per convenience.
Do you issue coating-thickness reports?
Film thickness is measured as part of routine QC and salt-spray tests are available; tell us the class or thickness your spec names and the report comes with the shipment on request.
