LED channels

LED channel bodies extruded around your strip and machined to your fixture lengths.

LED channels — extruded aluminium profile

01Have these ready

Six things that turn a slow quote into a fast one.

01
Channel drawing or sample
Defines the cavity and the mounting we must reproduce
02
LED strip width and height
The internal cavity is extruded around these two numbers
03
Diffuser / cover requirement
Decides whether the cover ships with the channel
04
Mounting type — recessed, surface, suspended
Each mounting points at a different profile family
05
Cut lengths and quantity
Feeds the cut plan and the packing
06
Anodized colour or mill finish
Fixes surface and appearance for visible runs

02Where it's used

Linear luminaires — LED channels application

Linear luminaires

04Three confirmations before production

01

Can we make it?

The cavity is checked against your strip, the mounting against your fixture, the wall against the press.

02

Machining & finish agreed

Fixture lengths, end machining, the diffuser (if supplied) and the anodize are all named in the quote.

03

Proof before shipping

Cavity dimensions are gauged and finish or material certificates issued where required.

Machining and surface treatment happen here, in the same plant — CNC & machining · Finishing.

05Quality & certification

Heat and lot numbers follow every batch
Dimensional reports measured against the signed drawing
Coating-thickness and salt-spray checks on finished surfaces

06Frequently asked questions

Channel and diffuser together, or channel only?

Either — many customers take the extrusion with a matched diffuser so the pair clips correctly out of the box. Name the strip and cover you build with, or send a sample, and both get quoted on one line.

Can channels arrive cut to our fixture lengths?

Yes, and with the end machining done — that work stays inside this plant, so the channel that reaches you drops straight into the fixture. Lengths and quantities in the RFQ are enough.

How do you make sure the strip actually fits?

The cavity is extruded around your strip's width and height, and the fit is confirmed on a sample before the volume run — so the strip seats and the cover clips before thousands of metres exist.

What finish for channels that stay visible?

Anodized silver, black or a custom shade is the usual call for architectural runs — the film wears well and reads cleanly. Mill finish is there when the channel hides in a cove or cabinet.
