Small-section extrusion
Small cross-section aluminum profiles for compact designs. Send the section drawing, alloy, wall thickness and required length for a feasibility review.

Frames for the module and racking for the site — two product lines, quoted separately, with production arranged per project.
Order aluminum profiles and combine the operations your application requires in the same quotation.
Small cross-section aluminum profiles for compact designs. Send the section drawing, alloy, wall thickness and required length for a feasibility review.
Blue, red, yellow, green, purple and black color options for small-batch projects. Specify the quantity per color and provide a color sample or reference.
Cutting, hole milling, drilling, welding and stretch bending can be quoted with your profiles. Include hole positions, bend geometry and assembly requirements.
Minimum section size, wall thickness, batch quantity and processing feasibility are confirmed from your drawing. Anodized shades depend on alloy, surface condition and sample approval; white finishes require confirmation of the finishing process.
For your quotation: section drawing · quantity by profile and color · cut lengths · machining or bending drawing · finish reference.
01Have these ready
Six things that turn a slow quote into a fast one.
02Where it's used
Extrusions that wrap the laminate edge, machined for corner keys and mounting holes to the module maker's drawing.
Frame sections that seal the laminate against handling damage and weather.
Corner-key pockets and mounting holes cut to the module drawing.
Frame geometry sized so standard mid- and end-clamps seat correctly.
Rails and supports sized against the site's wind and snow case, cut and drilled for the array layout.
Rails and clamp interfaces for pitched and flat roof installations.
Structural rails and posts for fixed-tilt ground arrays.
Wall thickness and section chosen from the project's load case.

04Three confirmations before production
The chosen section — frame or rail — plus wall and alloy get checked against the load case and the press range.
Corner-key pockets, mounting holes, cutting and the anodize or mill finish are fixed in the quote.
Dimensional and coating checks run per batch, with load or material documentation as your project requires.
Machining and surface treatment are coordinated according to project requirements — CNC & machining · Finishing.

06Frequently asked questions
We can coordinate both module frames and racking. The frame fits the laminate; the racking carries the array. Each is quoted against its own drawing and load case. Production is arranged with our own and partner factories, with the scope confirmed for each project.
Both exist: plain lengths, or frames with corner-key pockets and mounting holes machined to the module maker's drawing so assembly is a press-fit exercise. The RFQ just needs to say which.
The load case comes first: you share the site figures and array layout, and the rail section, wall and alloy are chosen to carry them. We do not publish a generic load number, because your site is not generic.
Black is the common call for module appearance, clear is the durable default — both run on our lines, and the shade is matched to your module maker's spec before the batch.
