Cut-to-size, 45° mitres and drilling are locked with the quote, along with the chosen surface — brushed, wood-grain or powder.
Proof before shipping
Dimensions are checked and every batch is compared to the retained colour sample before packing.

06Frequently asked questions
What glass thickness can the door frames take?
Whatever your doors use — the groove is extruded to the glass and gasket you specify rather than to a house standard. Send those two dimensions and the groove design comes back confirmed.
Do you ship door kits, or just profile lengths?
Kits are the point of this category: cut to size, mitred at 45°, drilled and machined for hardware, packed set by set. A cut list attached to the RFQ is all it takes.
Colour consistency across reorders — how is it handled?
Every anodize and wood-grain run is judged against a colour sample retained from your approved first batch. You sign off the sample once; after that, matching it is our job, order after order.
Will your machining suit standard cabinet hardware?
Cup hinges, sliders, catches — the machining is done to your hardware drawing, so whatever fittings you buy will land in the right place. Name the hardware and we confirm the pattern.
