06Frequently asked questions
We run our own curtain wall system. Can you extrude it?
That is the normal case, not the exception — we work from your die or profile drawings and reproduce your mullion and transom geometry. Tooling and feasibility are confirmed on the drawings before anything is cut.
Which finish should the façade spec call out — anodize or powder?
Anodize keeps a metallic architectural surface with a hard integral film; powder opens the RAL palette. The exposure class and the warranty language in your spec usually settle it — send both and we advise in those terms.
Our project file needs inspection documents. What do you provide?
Dimensional reports and coating-thickness measurements come from our own QC; third-party certification can be arranged on top. List the documents your specification names and they are prepared with the order.
Can deliveries follow the construction programme?
Yes — share the phase schedule and quantities with the RFQ and production is planned against those dates, so profiles arrive when the floors do, not before or after.
