CNC & secondary machining

The centre of the plant: extruded profiles machined into finished, ready-to-fit parts against your production drawing.

CNC & secondary machining — Running Aluminum factory, Shandong
OP 01CNC & secondary machining

This is the service the rest of the factory is arranged around. A profile comes off the press and moves to the machine shop, where every feature on your drawing — holes, threads, pockets, precise end cuts, sub-assembly — is added before the part is packed. No outside machine shop, no second courier, no split responsibility.

01What we offer

01

Machining operations

Milling, drilling, tapping, slotting and precision cutting, programmed from your 2D or 3D data.

02

Assembly & sub-assemblies

Multi-part builds delivered as one item, ready to install.

03

Prototype to series

The first article and the ten-thousandth run on the same programmes and the same checks.

04

Base material

Typically 6061, 6063 or 6082; other alloys quoted case by case for strength and machinability.

03Frequently asked questions

When does a part actually need secondary machining?

The moment it needs anything a saw can't do — holes, threads, cut-outs, tight end faces or assembly. A plain cut length may not need it at all; send the drawing and we mark up exactly which operations your part calls for.

Do you machine profiles you didn't extrude?

Our normal flow is extrude-then-machine in the same plant, which keeps one team responsible for the whole part. If you have existing material, ask — we will confirm case by case.

Do you take prototypes and small batches?

Yes. First articles and pilot quantities run before any volume commitment, on the same process the series would use — so what you validate is what you later receive.

What tolerances can you hold?

That is a per-feature answer, not a slogan. Mark the critical dimensions on the drawing and we reply against your ± values with what the process genuinely holds.
