Aluminium extrusion
Profiles extruded to your die or drawing as the starting stock for machined parts — from architectural sections to fine small-section work.
Extrusion here exists to serve the part, not the other way round. We run the common 6000-series alloys, straighten and cut in-line, and hand the profile straight to machining and finishing. New tooling is cut to your drawing; a die you have run with us before goes back on the press for repeats.
01What we offer
Press range
Six lines from 600 to 6,500 t, handling sections up to a 500 mm circumscribing circle.
Alloys & tempers
6060, 6063, 6005A and 6082 in T5 / T6; other alloys reviewed on request.
Length & wall
Lengths to 12,000 mm; walls from 0.7 mm on standard sections, 0.3 mm on small-section work (below).
Tooling
Dies cut to your drawing for new sections; proven dies rerun for repeat orders.
DIFFERENTIATOR
Small-section extrusion expertise
Very small cross-sections behave differently on a press: the walls are thinner, the tolerances tighter, and the die wears in ways a large-profile shop rarely sees. Suppliers tuned for big architectural volume often quote small sections reluctantly — or not at all.
We have made small-section work a deliberate specialism, with in-house capability covering:
- Circumscribing circle down to 2 mm
- Wall thickness capability from 0.3 mm
- Twist and straightness held to limits set for fragile thin-wall sections
- Where it shows up: LED channel bodies, compact sinks, electronics housings, fine hardware
If your section is small or intricate, say so in the RFQ — it changes the die design and the quote, and it is exactly the kind of job we want to see.

03Frequently asked questions
Can you run our existing die, or do you cut new tooling?
Either route works. A die you already own can be rerun for repeats; a new section gets tooling cut to your drawing. Include the die reference or the drawing in the RFQ and the quote states which route we priced.
How small can the section go?
Down to a 2 mm circumscribing circle with walls from 0.3 mm, with twist and straightness watched to limits written for thin-wall work. Send the section for a feasibility read.
Which alloys and tempers are standard here?
6060, 6063, 6005A and 6082 in T5 / T6 as standard, with other alloys reviewed on request. Give us the mechanical requirement and we name the alloy and temper to use.
Does the profile leave as a bar, or as a finished part?
Your choice — but our default is the finished part: cut, machined and surface-treated before it ships, because all of that happens in the same plant.
